Status: Tropical storm Ernesto
Well, Ernesto has been downgraded to just a tropical storm. And although the local NPR station promised we would be hit by thunderstorms this afternoon, it has yet to rain a drop.

I’m suddenly very curious and interested in hurricanes. I guess living closer to the East Coast will do that to you. It’s been raining off and on here all day long, but nothing like I’m sure they are experiencing in the Carolinas right now.
