Mother-in-law’s Meatloaf

Simple, but good.

2 lbs hamburger
1 c oatmeal
1 c milk
2 Tblsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Bake at 350 F 1 1/2 – 2 hours

*Go the extra mile! After the meatloaf has cooked, add a layer of sliced cheddar cheese (we recommend Tillamook Smoked Cheddar) and a layer of instant mashed potatoes. Put it back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
